Mr. Warren has over 32 years of experience in the Environmental Industry, specializing in hazardous material emergency response, industrial services, remediation, and industrial firefighting. A veteran of the industry, his experience includes all levels of work ranging from Technician to Regional Manager over multiple offices. Mr. Warren has managed many incidents over land and water including large oil spills, chemical spills, highway incidents, train derailments, chemical fires, and natural disasters. While on these incidents he worked closely with client management, spill management personnel, and with local, State, and Government agencies. Project duties include working within the Incident Command System, managing personnel and equipment for cleanup operations, air monitoring to determine the hazards of the site, ensuring protocol for a safe work environment, sampling, decontamination and disposal of waste.

Mr. Blanchard has served in numerous capacities on many of the largest oil spills in the US within the last 33 years. He’s highly experienced working within the Incident Command System and has acted as Log Chief, Operations Section Chief and Deputy Incident Commander on numerous oil spills and hazardous materials cleanup projects. Mr. Blanchard has responded to hundreds of incidents, from natural disasters to transportation incidents to high profile and environmentally conscious projects. His vast experience with on-scene site mitigation and spill management has earned Mr. Blanchard a reputation as one of the go-to experts on large, complicated responses.

Mr. Davis has served on numerous corporate boards and most recently served as CEO of The Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health (CTEH) where he guided the company to record profits and navigated the sale of the company to Montrose Environmental Group where he remained on as President before taking a step back to work on other projects. Cory has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management and is a Harvard Business School Alumni.  With over 22 years of experience in the Environmental Industry, Cory has demonstrated a keen understanding of Environmental and Industrial trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Mr. Newman has 29 years of experience in the Environmental Response Industry and has worked on numerous projects over his career including hurricane responses, train derailments, hazardous waste facility fires, tank battery demolitions, oil spills both on land and water, and numerous responses to petroleum releases, orphaned containers, leaking containers, and material transfers for both private entities and government agencies. Mr. Newman has a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in chemistry and extensive experience in RCRA, OSHA, and many other governmental regulations.

Brian Garrett, Chief Financial Officer, possesses over 25 years of varied, high-level experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.  9 of which, he served as Controller for E3 Environmental.  During that time, he played a pivotal role in steering the company through transitions, fostering financial growth, and providing essential support to various divisional and operational sites.  Earlier in his career, Brian held senior-level positions in various industries, including the Environmental Sector.  Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Memphis.

Mr. Plant possesses over 26 years of experience in hazardous material mitigation and oil spill cleanup, including on-scene incident management and hazardous site remediation. He has managed responses to numerous incidents including fixed facilities, highway, railroad, marine spills. In his time at E3 Environmental, Mr. Plant has also managed international emergency response including environmental disasters. Mr. Plant obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of West Alabama, possesses a plethora of credentials from various Federal and State agencies, including, but not limited to, USEPA, OSHA, FEMA, DOT, MSEPA and possesses a vast knowledge of techniques for project management in areas such as environmental remediation projects, including solidification, excavation, and disposal operations. Mr. Plant is skilled in all areas of incident management. As Chief Operating Officer Mr. Plant oversees and provides direction and support to all Operations within E3 Environmental’ s vast footprint.

Mr. Yohn has 20 years of experience in environmental emergency response services and planned action projects. In addition to serving as a safety officer on large-scale projects including the Deepwater Horizon Incident and a large train derailment with tank cars spilling 11,000 gallons of crude oil into wetlands, he’s also led a highly pathogenic avian influenza project in Iowa involving the depopulating and decontamination of the impacted area. He’s served as Safety Officer and provided evacuation oversight related to a large volume jet fuel release. Mr. Yohn’s more recent experience includes a response linked to flooding in Baton Rouge, hurricane Harvey, a response linked to the fire on the Pulaski skyway, and a response linked to large tank fires in south Louisiana in 2023.

With over 33 years of experience in emergency response, planned action projects and fire protection industries, Mr. Suggs is skilled in large-scale project management, specialized firefighting techniques, and the effective management of health and safety within commercial and industrial settings. He’s managed hundreds of projects, including planned industrial cleaning, site remediation, oil spill cleanup, hazardous material response, industrial firefighting and disaster response. He works closely with teams responding to large incidents to ensure safe and effective mitigation of those varying projects.

Mr. Zolczer possesses over 32 years of experience in hazardous material response, remediation and industrial firefighting.  Throughout his career, he has managed different aspects of incidents on both land and water encompassing natural and man-made disasters. In addition to managing training programs for both LSU-FETI and AAR in Pueblo, Colorado, he has responded to chemical spills, highway incidents, train derailments, chemical fires, and facility-based incidents in US, Central America, and the Middle East.

With over 14 years of experience in oil & gas manufacturing and the waste industry, Jake Green brings a proven track record of driving business development and leading successful sales initiatives across both domestic and international markets. As Corporate Sales Director, Jake is known for his strategic mindset, strong leadership, and ability to build high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.

Passionate about sustainable growth and long-term client partnerships, Jake thrives on turning complex challenges into measurable opportunities. His commitment to excellence and innovation has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the field.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Holton serves as Vice President of Compliance, bringing more than 30 years of experience in environmental response, compliance, and safety, with an emphasis in emergency response and incident management. He has directly managed or been part of the management team for numerous emergency response incidents, ranging from natural disasters and marine casualties to hazardous materials and oil spill responses. He has provided response consulting, or technical advice to numerous petroleum and shipping companies and industry cooperatives. He also has assisted industry in numerous training programs and spill cleanup equipment development efforts. Mr. Holton works alongside our leaders and operations team to ensure the company’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Mr. Chapman serves as the Vice President of Operations over the Northern Region of E3 and brings more than 12 years of experience in the environmental and industrial sectors, specializing in emergency response, industrial services, asbestos abatement, demolition projects, and oil spills. His experience includes all levels of work ranging from Technician to Regional Vice President over multiple offices.  Mr. Chapman has managed many large projects including oil spills on land and water, sunken vessel retrieval/cleanup efforts, boat and barge cleaning, over the water transfers, chemical plant disasters/explosions, natural disasters, turnarounds, large scale disposal projects, and transportation management. While on these incidents he worked closely with client management, spill management personnel, and with local, State, and Government agencies. Project duties include working within the Incident Command System, managing personnel and equipment for cleanup operations, site wide air monitoring, ensuring protocol for a safe work environment, sampling, decontamination, asbestos SME, and disposal of waste. As Regional Vice President, Mr. Chapman oversees and provides direction and support to the Northern Region of the E3 footprint.

Cody Fisher brings over 22 years of extensive experience in environmental compliance, enforcement, and emergency response. Cody holds a B.S. in Biological Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from the University of Mississippi. As a registered Professional Engineer and a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer specializing in Hazardous Waste, Cody is an expert in managing complex environmental challenges and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Throughout his career, Cody has played a critical role in coordinating with State, Federal, and Local agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Coast Guard, to ensure effective responses to hazardous material incidents. His leadership has strengthened preparedness for both natural and man-made disasters.

In his role as Manager of Special Projects, Cody leverages his vast expertise to support innovative solutions, enhance operational strategies, and deliver impactful results across a variety of initiatives.

With a dedicated 9-year journey with E3 Environmental, Leslie’s career has been marked by consistent upward mobility and versatility in administrative roles, active participation in project teams, and critical contributions to system implementations during organizational growth.  Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University and is a SHRM professional, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and development.  Serving as the Board of Directors Secretary since 2018, Leslie has played a vital role in governance.  As the leader of the Administrative Team, Leslie brings a strategic and collaborative approach to ensuring operational excellence.
